2. Webpage Text and Browsing History

We do not store your browsing history. We only process the text you choose to translate in real-time.

When you request AI translation, the selected text may be sent to the translation provider required to complete that request. We use that text only to provide the translation result.

3. Account and Billing Information

If you create an account or buy tokens, we may process account identifiers, token balance information, purchase status, and support messages. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not ask you to send card details directly to SilkRead support.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

SilkRead may use cookies or browser local storage to keep you signed in, connect the website with the extension, and remember basic service state.

5. Data Sharing

We share information only when needed to provide the service, process payments, respond to support requests, comply with law, or protect the security of SilkRead and its users.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect service data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
